Prior to creating RBI Engine, Brian was a high school baseball All-American and collegiate athlete at Ashland University. His lifelong passion for baseball has never waned; however, he also developed a passion for data and analytics. He has spent the vast majority of his professional career in the IT field, with the last 16-plus years in the business intelligence space where he delivers data-driven solutions that align with corporate initiatives. As Moneyball and Bill James has taught us, the need and value of applying data and analytics to baseball is critical to today’s player development and is here to stay. I have been fortunate to have blended those two passions – and RBI Engine was born.
A native of Port Clinton, Ohio, Brian received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ashland University and currently resides in Gilbert, Arizona, with his wife, Julie.
